Independent Real Estate Broker

Your Broker is Key. Professional. Proficient. Proud to be "Your Broker"

My name is Lucille Marsh, but most people call me Luci.

I am a NYS Licensed Independent Real Estate Broker and member of the National Association of Realtors.

Many people are not familiar how an Independent Broker is different – even other agents!

I am a reliable, morally responsible real estate professional, that operates ethically and autonomously.

~ I only work for my clients – I owe nothing to a “big box” like most agents.

~ I meet your individual needs, on your schedule – not mine.

~ I am not a “team player” - focus and determination puts my clients needs first and foremost.

~ I get results – as a broker, a higher standard of proficiency is expected and anticipated.

~ I will find your IDEAL Property before you do – use your time to enjoy life!

~ I sell properties by creating dynamic comprehensive listings to reach broader demographics of buyers.

~ I go wherever you want - Fulton, Montgomery, Hamilton, Herkimer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Albany, Rensselaer, Otsego, and Warren Counties. Sold one in Greene County last year... Licensed in NYS Only.

I have located 99% of the properties that my buyers have purchased - simply because I look at every listing everyday to make sure nothing gets overlooked. It is ridiculous that buyers should have to send listings to their real estate agent to look at. Buying or selling a home is crazy enough, you should not have to be your own Realtor too!

Are you ready to let me find your IDEAL property?

Would you like information on selling one?

Please feel free to reach out by phone text or email.

Thank you kindly for taking the time to learn more about me, I really appreciate it!

Standard Operating Procedures - NYS Compliance Chapter 153

In accordance with Chapter 153 of the NYS Laws of 2022, effective April 20, 2022: “Each real estate broker shall institute standardized operating procedures for the prerequisites prospective homebuyers must meet prior to receiving any services. Such standardized operating procedures shall include but not be limited to the following: (i) whether prospective clients shall show identification; (ii) whether an exclusive broker agreement is required; (iii) whether pre-approval for a mortgage loan is required”.

Lucille Marsh NYS Licensed Independent Broker (i) does NOT require prospective clients show identification; (ii) does NOT requires an exclusive broker agreement; (iii) does require that buyer's provide proof of funds for purchase or a prequalification for a mortgage.

On a personal note..

My entire life I have lived in the Greater Capital District Region, having grown up in the tiny village of Alplaus, near Niskayuna, Scotia, Glenville and Burnt Hills. We moved to Rexford and Clifton Park in Saratoga as a teenager. Attended college and lived in Rensselaer/Troy, then purchased my first home at the age of 25 in the City of Schenectady.

Spent every summer of my life in the Adirondacks at our families camp in Edinburg Day Hadley area. Now I am a full-time resident of Fulton County so I can be closer to the Adirondack Park and our wonderful Sacandaga Lake, and yet still have all the conveniences of everyday life.
